Tenant Maintenance Request

If you have a maintenance issue in your rental property, please fill in our maintenance request form so that we can action your request as quickly as possible.  If urgent and outside office hours, please see our After Hours Procedure for Tenants.

After Hours Maintenance Request

During your tenancy you may encounter an emergency situation.  An emergency is defined as something that may cause more damage to the property, harm someone, or may cause more damage if left unattended. As our property managers are only contactable during office hours you will need to use the following procedure.

The Renters Personal Assistant

The LJ Hooker Concierge Service is available 24/7, with as much or as little interaction after hours that you require, ensuring that your requirements or issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively.

Access Your Personal Assistant

If you have a non-urgent maintenance issue at your rental property, please submit a maintenance request. Please ensure to add a detailed description of the issue, including photos to assist with fast tracking your request. If it is an emergency or after hours request, please contact our office.
